Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Club Diving

Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis and will be determined by our staff.

Club Diving Free Trial

This is a free registration, so no refund necessary.

Individual Training Camps- ITC

Diving Dream Camp

The 2026 JDA Dream Camp registration includes a non-refundable $500 deposit. The additional payment of $1,400 is eligible for a refund up to 2 months before the camp, after which point our costs are committed and we are no longer able to provide a refund. However, if we can fill your spot within 1 month of the camp, your payment of $1,400 will be refunded. If we cannot fill your spot, your payment will not be refunded. We are sorry, but this policy also applies to cancellations that may arise as a result of illness, injury, schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances as our contracted expenses are also binding. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Jenny@JDAdiving.com. If possible, transfers to another session can be made without charge. This will “hold a spot” for another Individual Training Camp (ITC) or Dream Camp within one year of the cancellation. 2026 Summer Dream Camp Cancellation Policy $500 non-refundable deposit $1,400 can be refunded if notified of a cancellation by April 27th and we are able to fill the spot by June 5th. Camp moneys can be transferred to “hold a spot” for another future camp at JDA within one year if notified by April 27th. You can hold a spot for the 2027 Dream Camp or 2 ITC camps to be used by June 2027. These dates have not been determined.
