We ae so excited for Andrew's (Coach Cap) new opportunity at the University of Wisconsin. His departure is similar to when we graduate dives to college (story). We all know this next step for Andrew is going to be amazing. We can't wait to see the great things he will continue to do.
Head Coach Wanted
The Johansen Diving Academy is seeking an individual to oversee all aspects of the USAD club diving program operating out of Indiana University located in Bloomington, Indiana. The position requirements include but are not limited to:
• 3 years club coaching experience preferred
• All USA Diving coach certifications
• Experience writing daily workouts for lessons, pre-team and national team divers
• Planning and traveling with team to all meets
• Creating and managing travel budget
• Leading and growing the parent group
• Marketing and basic website maintenance (Crossbar web service)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher or program equivalents
Compensation and Perks
• Head Coach will receive percentage of net profit from club team revenue.
• Option to work dive camps hosted by Drew and Jenny
• International travel opportunities with JDA Junior and Senior National Team divers
• Daily mentorship with Drew Johansen
